As a leader, what a gift to be able to make clear decisions without unconscious fears, controls, projections or limitations coming in from our past, causing untold miseries in the world. Owning and accepting our shadows would give us amazing
skills in understanding other peoples and their points of view as well as the various motivations behind their actions. Diplomacy would look very different and be far more effective than it is today, both in national and international corporations as well as between global governments.
As a leader, how different would our decisions be when based on heart/mind choices instead of only from the perspective of the mind alone concerned mostly with vast profit and huge production at the expense of people and this planet.
