From the eternal snows of the Himalayas to the hot bush lands of Rhodesia, and then on to growing up In England, Shona’s life has been an extraordinary adventure. As one of "The Last Debutantes" to make their curtsey to Queen Elizabeth and "do" the London season, Shona’s background of upper class wealth and privilege, set a course for her to "marry well and have heirs". A hot air balloon pilot, former Formula 2 racing car mechanic, sacred tour guide and facilitator, as well as a co-founder of an elementary/high school In England, Shona is in demand as a former educator, speaker, seminar leader, spiritual counselor and life coach.

She has presented mind/body/spirit and self-empowerment seminars worldwide, including seminars on whole brain learning, intuitive management, and senior management leadership for clients such as Kodak, Xerox, Intel, Syracuse University and the New York State school system, British Leyland, the London Stock Exchange, and Ogilvy and Mather. She has spoken at international peace conferences in Sedona, Arizona, and Atlanta, Georgia.
